Richard Hoffman is a member of the Business Practices and Real Estate Groups of the Firm. Richard has more than 20 years of extensive experience in corporate/commercial law transactions across a wide spectrum of businesses (particularly entrepreneur and family-owned businesses), including shareholder  dispute resolution matters.

Richard’s clients range from family-owned/operated businesses to large international corporations.

Richard also advises on litigation matters, Wills/Estates matters, and other personal, client-priority matters.
