Ash Baker is an associate lawyer and member of the Business Practices Group and the Technology & IP Group at Gardiner Roberts. Ash articled at Gardiner Roberts before working for several years as corporate counsel for the Canadian business unit of a major multinational medical products distributor. Ash conducts a general corporate-commercial practice, advising business clients of all sizes on a range of matters. Ash's experience as corporate counsel has made him adept at working with business leaders to craft cost-effective legal solutions, with business needs foremost in mind.

In addition to his Canadian legal experience, Ash has studied law in Japan and worked in a Japanese law firm; he speaks conversational Japanese.
