Natasha Gidaro is an associate member of the Business Practices Group and Technology and Intellectual Property Group at Gardiner Roberts and advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Natasha articled at Gardiner Roberts before joining as an associate in 2006.

Working on contracts for both leading software developers and start-up software developers, Natasha has developed expertise in drafting and negotiating software license, professional services and related agreements.

Natasha has also advised numerous organizations on the design and implementation of privacy policies generally, including website privacy policies, consent forms, consent clauses, confidentiality agreements and other privacy related legal matters.

Natasha is well versed in drafting of secured lending documents and conducting corporate transactions in relation to resort financing and development in the Caribbean. Natasha did a two month in-house secondment with a corporate client in the Dominican Republic in 2006.
