The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has today released its costs award in the Foulidis v. Ford and Foulidis v. Baker actions.

The Court has awarded costs in favour of the defendants, Messrs. Ford and Baker, for a total amount of $163,675.88, inclusive of H.S.T.
