Ontario Superior Court of Justice Releases Costs Award in Foulidis v. Ford and Foulidis v. Baker
The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has today released its costs award in the Foulidis v. Ford and Foulidis v. Baker actions.
The Court has awarded costs in favour of the defendants, Messrs. Ford and Baker, for a total amount of $163,675.88, inclusive of H.S.T.

John Page & Associates Inc. as the vendor of a multi-residential portfolio in the Greater Toronto Area consisting of 11 properties, 17 buildings and 1648 suites. 8 properties, 12 buildings and 1,323 suites of the portfolio sold for $161,179,364 with the closing of the remaining 3 properties, 5 buildings and 325 suites pending.
